Outlining the proposed annual spending framework under the Public Health and Wellness Fund Act 7% fund.

Providing further direction on reforming the Speaker Services program.

Directing the Chief of Staff and the Secretary of State to perform an analysis and form recommendations as to potential locations for a district court facility.
