Career Services provides resources to help individuals achieve and maintain good work habits, promote job skills and gain employment. Through programs encompassing education, training and rehabilitation, the department helps individuals to become successful and self-sufficient for themselves and their families.

ᏥᏳᎪᏗ ᏛᎦᎧᎲᏍᎬᎢ

The Direct Placement Program provides assistance to those who have gained employment at least 50 miles from their home.

ᏗᎦᎸᏫᏍᏓᏁᏗ ᎧᏃᎵᏢᎥᏍᎩ

Career Services works with businesses and organizations throughout the Cherokee Reservation to ensure citizens have the most current employment opportunities.

ᎢᎪᏢᎯᏐᏗ ᎪᏈᏗ-19 ᎠᏕᎸ ᎠᏔᏲᏍᏙᏗ

RESTORE is a DOL grant funded program to assist indivuduals and business affect by COVID-19.

On-the-job training provides the opportunity for individuals to retain employment while employers receive a wage reimbursement for hiring a tribal citizen.

Career Services partners with businesses throughout northeastern Oklahoma to assist with staffing needs.

The Summer Youth Employment Program provides youth ages 16-24 with work experience during the summer in order to prepare them for the working world.

The TET program seeks to improve education, training and employment opportunities for those who have lost their job through no fault of their own.

The Tribal Training Services offers individual temporary work assignments based on skills.

Work Experience is a temporary assignment that encourages individuals to develop good work habits and basic work skills, which will promote employability.
