Siyo, Ashley Adair is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation who was raised in the historic communities of Westville and Wagoner, Oklahoma. Her academic journey led her to Northeastern State University, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2025. True to Cherokee values of perseverance and community, Ashley is deeply honored to serve as a cyclist on the 2026 Remember the Removal Bike Ride. Retracing the 950-mile path of her ancestors is more than a physical challenge—it is a sacred journey to honor their sacrifice and carry the resilience of the Cherokee people forward for future generations.
