Career Services utilizes the Test of Adult Basic Education or TABE for reading and math skills, the Oklahoma Career Information System or OKCIS for career interests, which provides information on educational and training requirements and labor force outlooks. These assessments can assist in determining educational and training needs and help identify potential employment interests.

Career Services administers the state’s High School Equivalency tests, which included GED® and Hi-Set®. In addition, computer-based testing is available for, but not limited to, the following tests:  Microsoft, CompTia, Cisco and Evaluation Systems (teacher certifications).  You must register online through Pearsonvue.com.  Cherokee Nation has testing centers in Stilwell, Tahlequah, and Pryor.  Other testing centers are available in northeast Oklahoma.
