The Cherokee Nation Small Business Assistance Center provides education and loans to Native Americans regarding both personal and business financial needs.
The loan programs include:

Departmental Profile - General Lending Eligibility Guidelines Tribal Credit Loans shall be made for the purpose of raising the social and economic status of Tribal members - General Lending Eligibility Guidelines
BIA Loan Program Guidelines Administered by Cherokee Nation to provide Native Americans with business loan guaranties from the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Maximum limit $500,000.
Business Management: Self-Employment Courses Seminars and comprehensive business ownership training courses are offered in one-on-one and structured class settings. Classes are taught to both adults and youth.

Emergency Loan Program who's situation will seriously effect the applicant's basic living conditions such as, critically past due property taxes, foreclosure or eviction notices on homes, or cut off notices for utilities.
Cherokee Nation Employee Loan Program made for the purpose of operating expenses and subsistence, for the purpose of aiding the economic status of, and for the purpose of benefiting the Cherokee Nation employee.
Individual Development Account (IDA) The Individual Development Account (IDA) Program is a program to help working individuals and/or students attending school, save money to achieve their financial goals. For every $1 you save, Cherokee Nation IDA will match it anywhere from $1 to $3.
Micro-Enterprise Development Program Defined as: a business venture having less than 5 employees, including those businesses that operate from home, garage, or other non-traditional location.
Cherokee Nation Tribal Loan Program Tribal Credit Loans shall be made for the purpose of raising the social and economic status of Tribal members.
Youth Individual Development Account (YIDA) The Cherokee Nation Youth Individual Development Account (YIDA) Program has been designed to help Native American youth save money for education expenses. For every $1 you save, Cherokee Nation YIDA will match it with $2.
