The information/customer service center houses administrative, legislative and cultural libraries for anyone researching the tribe’s history and organization. The administrative library offers policies and procedures used by the different departments of the tribe. The legislative library holds any previous budgets, legislative acts, executive orders and other Cherokee government documents as part of the administration’s open-records policy. The cultural library contains books ranging from topics such as different Native American tribes to books on Cherokee people and books by Cherokee people.
