The entire kitchen floor to include the dry storage area to be refinished with ¼ inch Terra Quartz flooring with cove molding and 6 inch baseboard. The project will require a 5 year unlimited warranty of materials and workmanship. The Prep and installation will need to be completed in 6 days from start to finish.  (Finish is defined as ready for the reinstallation of food service equipment).Terra Quartz floor will need to be graded to match trench drain height to ensure proper drainage. This project may require weekend, late night or early morning work to meet the expected time line.</description>
