Q. What is a RSS Feed?
A. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. RSS Feeds allow people to easily keep up to date with changing content from their favorite websites.

Q. What do I need to subscribe to an RSS Feed?
A. You will need a RSS Reader. There are many different readers available for free and also purchase.

Q. How often are the Cherokee Nation RSS Feeds updated?
A. The RSS feeds are automatically updated when new content is published to the website.

Podcast FAQ's

Q. What is podcasting?
A. Podcasting is a way for Internet users to receive audio files and listen to them from a computer or load them onto an MP3 player.

Q. Do I have to own an iPod to listen to podcasts?
A. Absolutely not! Since (most) podcasts are simply MP3 files, you can download them to your computer and listen to them with almost any MP3 capable software (Windows Media Player, WinAmp, Music Match, to name a few).
Also, since (most) podcasts are MP3 files, you can import them to a variety of MP3 devices. Please look at the User Manual for your device to see how this is done. iPod instructions are below

Q. What type of files are the video podcasts?
A. They are MP4 files.

To add a podcast in Apple iTunes:
Simply click on the "Subscribe" link to be taken to iTunes.
If you are not using iTunes, use the "Podcast URL" link to be taken to the Podcast url which you can then use in any other "podcatcher" application.
