Unless otherwise specified, all meetings will be held in the 7th Floor Board Room of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Tulsa.  Meeting dates, times & location are subject to change and/or cancellation at the discretion of the Commission.  The Commission may also hold special and/or emergency meetings as it deems necessary
