TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — The Cherokee Nation will host a regional job, resource and construction fair with nearly a dozen vendors on Tuesday, May 13, at the Cherokee Casino & Hotel West Siloam Springs.
The fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Qualla Ballroom of the casino. Jobs available within Cherokee Nation Businesses include gaming, hotel, and food and beverage positions.
Other participating job vendors include PENTA Building Group, Coffee.org, Flintco and various construction vendors. The fair is open to the public, but Cherokee citizens will be given preference, and all applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Attendees should be prepared for on-the-spot interviews and should bring their CDIB, tribal citizenship cards, social security card and an updated resume.
