CNB names new senior vice president of business development and real estate services

Charles Garrett

TULSA, Okla.— Cherokee Nation Businesses has named Charles Garrett as senior vice president of business development and real estate services.

Garrett, a Cherokee citizen, will focus his efforts on CNB’s diversification through acquisitions, joint ventures and new business opportunities, including real estate development and property management.

With more than 20 years of experience, Garrett has excelled in various roles at a Wall Street law firm and an investment bank. He has also launched multiple startup organizations and managed large corporations.

Garrett earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Cherokee Nation Bar Association, as well as the Oklahoma and New York bar associations.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Multi Housing Conference and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Garrett has volunteered with Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity and Team in Training.
