Surveillance Agent Technician
Through both scheduled and on-call basis performs technical duties to ensure surveillance departments operate to fullest extent, Analyze and Evaluate current surveillance equipment to ensure optimum performance, Maintain advisement on new technology and problems, which may arise. Maintain log of equipment maintenance schedule, Maintain files for warranty and operating manuals at each facility, Maintain and issue reports on the time synchronization of CNE systems. Responsible for all aspects of installation, repair, and maintenance of surveillance equipment and systems. Identifies and reports on issues that may effect the operation or performance of the CCVS. Develop and maintain an inventory system for surveillance equipment. Assist inventory control in asset management and control procedures. Train the Agents and other CNE employees as directed in the use and operations of CCVS equipment. Assess Department surveillance needs and advises the surveillance Manger on equipment requests and purchases. Assist the Surveillance Manger at each site with troubleshooting, evaluating, and repairing surveillance coverage and equipment, and ordering CCTV and supplies as needed. Observe all CNE safety Policies and Procedures, as well as all other regulated or mandated procedures. Attend and study to receive verification as opportunities are made available. Work closely with the surveillance Agent/Technicians at all sites, and give them direction. Will also coordinate directly with the site surveillance Manager on certain projects throughout CNE properties. Acts as a liaison with the Gaming Machine Technicians on gaming systems. Keeps current with technological changes in the field. Observes and ensures adherence to all safety regulations which apply, and liaisons with Construction/Safety departments as needed. Will work with Security Management as directed on security systems and equipment related to alarm control, fire alarm, access control, dispatch equipment, security monitoring equipment, and others. Responsibilities will also include other job duties as assigned and directed.
