Must attend required training in first 60 days. Orientation, Effective Communication, Guest Relations, Alcohol Awareness, Krono’s, People Soft, Spotlighter 1, Developing a Professional Inage, Learning to Value Change. Must not exceed the attendance requirements under the current Attendance Policy. Become fully trained on: vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and trash removal. Attend Spartan Chemical bathroom training. Employee maintains a standard of excellence. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
