Responsible for assisting guest and patrons with all needs, questions, and problems. Handle jackpot paperwork, investigates and process claims by guests, and resolves disputes. Maintain the highest level of integrity of guest service on the Casino. Needs to know how the games are played and be able to explain them to customers. Will cash out tickets for guests, make change for guests, help with player’s club duties. Responsible to count and assure that all transactions are accurate. Follows P&P’s as well as MICS at all times. Provides professional friendly customer service. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
