Dispatch Field Support One Month
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and repair of client software, hardware and networking problems. Also includes changes, adds and moves of technology equipment. Travel to all locations may be possible. Projects will vary.
Enterprise Service Center (help desk) one month
Key Responsibilities: Tier one troubleshooting and support. The enterprise service center is responsible for first contact resolution of all technology issues,communication hub for outages and incidents.
APPS/Network/PMO one month: This rotation will allow the Intern to select from networking, applications or project management.
