F & B Entry Level Supervisor
Oversee venue operations with Managers guidance to include execution of operations, inventory, food and/or beverage costs, labor costs and operating expenses. Ensure excellent guest service standards are maintained and adhered to. Uphold excellent quality of food and/or beverage products and services. Maintain safe and sanitary work environments for both employees and guests alike. Provide leadership of staff and foster a positive and cooperative work environment. Willingness to work a flexible work schedule as dictated by business and/or staffing demands. Willingness to work 12 hour shifts when called upon by venue Manager. Must be a hands on leader, good communicator, able to complete tasks in a timely manner and exhibit a positive attitude at all times. Ability to supervise a food venue equating to a snack bar/grill with walk-up counter guest service and limited menu variety and seating. Must participate in at least 6 months end inventories, be able to calculate food costs and labor costs, report weekly numbers and guest counts in Managers absence. Must attend all of the following training classes offered by CNE LD&E Department within the first year to be eligible for the Supervisor Level 1: Kronos Training, Communicating for Success, Alcohol Certification, Food Handlers Certification, Frontline Leadership, Harassment Free Workplace, Team Participation, Excellence in Service, Supervisory Performance Expectations (I&II), Resolving Disagreements, Bronze Leadership, Change Management.
