Cage Supervisor
The Cage Supervisor will assist the Department Manager with daily operational duties by completing tasks required to run the department efficiently. Responsible for the smooth & efficient operation of payouts & guest relations with the organization. Monitors staff during payouts of winning tickets, exchanging currency with customers, & cashing approved checks. Ensures cash is verified at the beginning or end of each shift before accepting or dropping money. Ensures paperwork is accurate & complete for High Stakes Winners with large cash out activity required by the MICS, Title 31 and compliance with the IRS. Provides information to accounting for completion of Currency Transaction Report. Responsible for check writing & required paperwork distribution regarding wins over three thousand dollars. Performs end of shift closeouts with necessary paperwork, compiling, verifying & preparing information & reports related to job duties. Researches & documents discrepancies associated with closing paperwork. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
